This dairy free/vegan chocolate icing is rich, tasty and very easy to make. The cup measurements are based on a 250 ml cup as equal to 1 cup. This makes enough icing to ice about 15 to 20 cupcakes.
What you need:
1 cup of dairy free/vegan spread (I prefer Olivani)
2 cups of icing sugar
1 cup of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
What to do:
Place all the ingredients together in a large bowl beat well until fully combined – this will be best with a handheld electric mixer or a stand mixer. Start mixing on a slow speed and then change to a faster speed as the ingredients come together. Once done, ice your cakes and enjoy!
